Rabbi Adam Stein to be new Rabbi of Kehilat Nitzan

From Zvi Civins, the President of Kehilat Nitzan:
"Last week the congregation had the pleasure of hosting and meeting Rabbi Adam Stein (see picture) and his wife, Tamar.
Rabbi Stein first approached us with the intention of serving as our interim rabbi. He was interviewed via skype by our rabbi selection committee and we were unanimous in our belief that he would be an ideal rabbi who would connect with all ages in our community and help Kehilat Nitzan grow. We discussed with him the prospect of serving for longer than the interim period, and made the necessary arrangements for them to visit us to explore this possibility.
...
This was an important opportunity to present ourselves as the vibrant, committed kehilah that we are, and for us to get to know Rabbi Stein. Rabbi Stein showed that he is a warm, dedicated 'mensch', a real 'people person', and Tamar is a personable, intelligent woman.
It now gives me great pleasure to inform you that Rabbi Stein has agreed to our offer to be our rabbi for two years. He will arrive in July/August 2011, and possibly sooner.
This is a wonderful development for Kehilat Nitzan. Rabbi Stein and Tamar will provide leadership, Judaic wisdom and teaching, a warm home and much more to our kehilah. I am sure you will join with me in extending your best wishes to the Steins, and look forward to their arrival in the not too distant future"
